Covenant is a privately owned family of companies that build residential and business communities throughout Southern California. The principals of the business have been active developers in the Inland Empire of Southern California for over forty years. Founder and Chairman, Skip Hubby, has been active in the development of residential, commercial, and multi-family subdivisions in multiple Western states, with over ten-thousand units built under his leadership. President/CEO, Dave Hubby, and his brother Lindsy, Vice President, were co-founders of Covenant Homes in the Pacific Northwest and have now joined forces with "Dad" to lead a dynamic senior leadership team that is working on thousands of units and various commercial/retail developments.
